Orthodontics
There are many studies that prove the obvious fact that a person with beautiful and healthy teeth will smile more widely, thus demonstrating greater health and, of course, greater self-confidence.
1. Am I too old to wear braces?
Not at all. There is no age “limit” for orthodontic treatment: our specialists can correct misaligned teeth and improper bite (malocclusion) regardless of the age of the patient.
2. How long is the treatment?
The duration of treatment depends on the complexity of the case. The removal of a space usually causes delays of only a few months to see results. The more complex cases, as with the complete redesign of all teeth, can take two years or more. The truth is that adults need 10% or 20% longer than a child from 10 to 12 years of age because the structure of the bones is denser and this impedes tooth movement and realignment.
3. Will I look better?
Of course! Orthodontic treatment significantly improves the appearance of your smile. Beautiful teeth give no appearance of crooked teeth or bad alignment. This treatment will literally rejuvenate the face and eliminate years from your appearance! And above all, you get a beautiful smile to provide you with greater, and well deserved, confidence!
4. Why should I care about a faulty bite?
Properly aligned teeth are healthier and easier to clean. So take care of your bite and stay healthy long term.
In more complicated cases such as dental restorations, fitting a crown or a bridge may require some prior treatment to tailor the teeth before specialized orthodontic work can be performed.
